Sarah Clock’s responsibilities at NewYork-Presbyterian (NYP) Hospital include infection control risk assessment for construction, renovation and design activities across seven hospital campuses. She has been involved in the planning and execution of over 150 construction, repair and renovation projects since 2017. She actively contributes to the hospital’s water safety management program and is a participating member in the NYP Enterprise’s Infection Prevention & Control, Environment of Care Compliance and Utilities Management/Life Safety sub-committees. Sarah is an editorial board member of the American Journal of Infection Control and an active peer reviewer for several Elsevier and American Society for Microbiology publications. She completed a Ph.D. in microbiology and an MPH in epidemiology at Columbia University.
