Ken Rotert Ken Rotert is a scientist in the EPA Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water, where he’s been since 1998. Ken has worked on the Ground Water Rule, Revised Total Coliform Rule and Surface Water Treatment Rules, as well as emerging drinking water concerns, distribution system issues, Legionella-related issues and regulatory review. He received undergrad degrees in 1993 in biology and chemistry from Missouri State University and a master’s in 1995 in environmental engineering from the University of Iowa.
